All permanent jewelry is non-refundable; however, we do offer one free reattachment in case of the chain breaking or needing to be removed. We required at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change appointments. Deposits at time of booking are non-refundable and will be used as credit towards your jewelry choice. For appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit will carry over to your new appointment date. Due to short appointment times, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will need to rescheduled.
